This "Surf Style - Beach Shack" is directly on the sand with undeveloped, pristine beach to the East, and offers unobstructed Gulf views for miles. While the building itself comes with a TON of history, this unit was completely remodeled in 2019- everything is brand new.
Vaulted ceilings throughout, designer tile and flooring, custom cabinets and one-of-a-kind custom concrete countertops (make sure to ask about these, we've got a little history "sprinkled" in there). Kitchen features open shelving, induction cooktop, microwave, drip coffee maker, keurig and all the essentials to make your stay feel like home. Custom made Queen Bed with new bedding and premium memory foam mattress for relaxing and restful "beach sleep." Living area offers a pull out sofa and flat screen TV and endless Gulf views.
We provide 2 beach chairs stored in the unit for your personal use. We also offer complimentary coffee for both drip and our Keurig coffee makers, filters, sugar, creamer, tea and a variety of spices, soap and starters to make your grocery store trip a little lighter.
Building features a large gulf front pool, custom beach front chairs, brand new gulf front bbq's, wireless internet, volleyball courts and shuffleboard for fun in the sun! The Fontainebleau is in an ideal location with go-carts, shopping, pubs, and restaurants right across the street or within walking distance. Gulf World and Pier Park are less than 2 miles away but if you're looking to escape the crowds, just step out on the uncrowded beach right in front of the building!
