***If you are a smoker, please smoke well away from the front of our units. The AC's suck the air right in! :-)
***We have an exterminator come once a month in order to ensure that you don't have any unwelcome little guests during your stay. I'm only given about a 24 hour notice and always do my best to let you know that they will be there. They're in and out in 5 minutes and it is non-toxic to humans and animals.
***If your stay is a month or longer, the cleaning fee will be changed to $75.
This beautiful efficiency has been newly renovated in a distinctly Floridian style. Spectrum Cable TV and wireless internet. Laundry facilities are provided on premises, please provide your own detergent *(Note many previous guests have left detergent in the laundry room on the shelf above the sink). Treasure Island is centrally located close to all of the popular Gulf Coast beaches, including Redington Shores, St. Petersburg Beach, Clearwater Beach, and Fort Desoto Park.
Condo is fully remodeled with updated cabinets, tiles, bathroom fixtures, and lighting. There is a conjoining door to the other efficiency to accommodate a bigger party if needed. It is just minutes from Tampa International and Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airports. It is also very close to numerous major attractions.
If you have need for more space, we have a second efficiency that connects with a joining door. Almost a mirror image of this one. Please contact us for more information.
The condo is located in a very safe and secure neighborhood and about a 5-10 minute walk from John's Pass, an entertainment area. There is a community BBQ area and deck as well as a community washer and dryer. Condo is directly across the street from a boat launch and steps from the Gulf!
