The condo is within 2 miles of Port Canaveral where there are several great restaurants and shops. Not to mention there are several world class fishing guides in the area if you want a great day on the water. You will be less than a half a mile from the beach, and about 3 miles from the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop.
Additionally, you are only 15 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, a short 45 minute drive to the Orlando Airport. In addition the condo is less than an hour from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and numerous other Orlando Area attractions. Not to mention the condo is an excellent place for viewing the rocket launches for Kennedy Space Center, you are close enough to see and hear the rockets taking off. There is so much to take in locally, you just will not want to leave!
