Beautifully decorated and only a 2-minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. Ormond by the Sea is a quiet and friendly community and is centrally located between Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach. There are no cars allowed on the beach here so it's more serene and safe. The interior is Luxury at its finest. We Brought in 2 designers to furnish this home and it shows in the well thought out design and function.
This home was designed with function and luxury in mind. There is a King bed with TV and double closet, Queen bed with TV and double closet, and a Daybed in the Florida room with a desk. Kitchen features a Coffee Bar, Granite Counters, gorgeous cabinetry and much more. Living room features a 65-inch TV with comfortable seating. This home also features a 1 car garage, laundry and all your toys for a day-at-the-beach. The outdoor space is spectacular and is fully fenced and features a firepit with Adirondack chairs and a custom mural for you to take memorable pictures of your vacation here in Ormond by the Sea.

Ormond Beach Restaurant Row is located within a 6 to 8 minute drive and is located just over the Granada Bridge. Daytona Beach restaurants are located within a 6 to 8 minute Drive. Flagler beach shops and restaurants are located within a 15 minute drive. Bicentennial Park located within 1.5 miles north of the property and features: tennis courts, fishing dock, canoe/kayak launch, playgrounds and more.
