Summary: Place was nice, 3 bedrooms up and a couple more downstairs. I may have missed something but didn't find out until after we got there that the basement bedrooms were only available for groups of 7 or more so one of our group of 4 had to sleep on a couch upstairs. Also, pictures show televisions in bedrooms, but there is only one TV in the upstairs living area. Host was very good about responding to requests, Would've been great to have a 4th bedroom. If the listing says the place sleeps twelve, you should be a little more transparent.
