The Old Island Inn at Tierra Verde is highly sought after due to its small number of condos (26), and its proximity to the beautiful Ft. DeSoto Beaches, and shops and dining directly across the street. Our lovely condo features a large pool, tennis courts, Elevator, Kayaks. Just across the street find Billy’s Seafood, Tony and Nello’s, DeRusso’s, Alsace French Bistro – just to name a few. We’re right on the path of some of the best biking in the area. Bike to Ft. DeSoto or head downtown to St. Pete with its many museums, shops and nightlife. You can take a short drive to St. Pete Beach and Pass a Grille as well. Just refreshed for 2022-2023. We welcome a medium size dog – up to 70lbs. Our Open floor plan with tile floors opens to a balcony with water views and the sunrises each day. Two bedrooms, two full bath, full size washer dryer in unit. One month minimum rental period. Background check and pet agreement required. Security required. Paperwork will be forwarded upon completed reservation.
