This house is unique in that there are two separate entrances and living spaces making it ideal for two couples traveling together. Each bedroom has a queen bed and en suite full bath. NOTE: you will never share this accommodation with strangers.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those looking to stay in for the night. There is also a gas grill provided for outdoor cooking on the spacious, covered patio. Smart HD TVs with Wi-Fi connectivity and voice command remote controls.
Outback you find a saltwater pool and outdoor shower with a large patio area perfect for lounging in sun or shade and watching boat traffic on the Intercoastal Waterway. Note: boathouse and dock visible in photos are not included in this rental.
We are located in a quiet waterfront neighborhood, just a short walk to restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a beautiful white-sand beach. Nokomis Beach is a public beach with free parking (and “free” gorgeous sunsets) but is just as easy to walk to the beach and leave the car at “home.” This lovely beach is famous for seashell and shark tooth collecting. Nokomis Beach is also known for its Drum Circle at sunset on Wednesday and Saturday. The festivities kick off 1 hour before sunset.
