Deep water canal with easy access to bay and ocean, 174ft of waterfront with 120ft of new dock can accommodate large boats. Large screened Lanai with large LED lights and ceiling fans on back of property with water views of the canal, enjoy the outdoors watch TV, dine Al-fresco, entertain family and friends in large comfortable sitting area with no direct neighbors across the canal and without mosquitoes or flying insects. Large above ground pool with lockable access ladder to keep children and unwanted guests away.

Please note that if you or a guest visiting the property has a disability where you/they might need a wheelchair or other mobility equipment, this property doesn’t have a ramp to access the house, there are steps to enter the house thru the front and rear of the property. Also the yard area is covered by fine gravel in which moving around in a wheelchair may be difficult.
