This home has the best view of the Cherokee Rose Country Club golf course. This home has 4 bedrooms, a cozy family room upstairs with a sectional, covered patio with a grill, along with a two car garage.
The perks of this home includes beautiful high ceilings, high windows for sunlight, and 3 bedrooms that have the view of the golf course.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture. If guests leave the home, pets are to be placed in their kennel. Please pick up all pet waste in the front/back yard, or around the neighborhood. $50 fee for cleaner to pick up pet waste.
The Xfinity internet Box is upstairs in the family room area placed on the left windowsill. If there’s an outage of internet, please contact the host first so that I can resolve the issue.

While showering upstairs, guests please ensure inside shower liner is placed inside bathtub to ensure no water flows out of the shower/tub.
Kids are welcome to use the princess carriage car. Please plug the car back in once done using it. There is a Minnie Mouse kids table with two chairs in the princess carriage car, along with beach essentials. On the storage shelves in the garage there are two kids scooters and a wagon that are also available for guests. *$150 fee if any of these items are broken or tampered with. This excludes the kids beach essentials*
On the Patio area, please do not have both switches on that control the outdoor fan and lights. This will cause a shortage in the breaker system. The grill and fire-pit are to only be used outside of the patio area.
All used dishes must be placed in the dishwasher before guests check out of home. *$25 fee for dishes not being placed in dishwasher*
Guests are to only smoke, vape, and do hookah outside of the home! Guests can smoke, vape, or do hookah in the patio or garage area ONLY if the windows/doors are closed to ensure no smoke enters the home. Guests who smoke, vape or do hookah with illegal drugs on the premises will be reported to the Hinesville Police Department. The IDs on file through Air BnB will be presented to the Police department as well.

Only the original guests placed on the reservation are allowed in the home. A MAX of 6 guests are allowed in the home. Please notify the host of any additional guests as there may be an exception. The host has the right to ask the guest to leave if these rules are violated.

Trash pick up is every Wednesday. Place trash bin in front of the home. Place trash bin back in the backyard Wednesday evening.

No loud music inside or outside the home.
Do not tamper with door lock system or Ring door bell camera. These systems are used for security purposes only and constantly monitored.
Registered guests are held financially responsible for any damages to the premises, smoking inside the premises, noise ordinance fines, or any missing contents of the home.
Termination of any reservation with no REFUND after violating these rules are at the hosts discretion. Additional fees may be charged.
