Summary: The home has everything you need for a complete stay. The host provided everything listed with sufficient quantities for our complete stay of a month. The inside of the home was clean and is portrayed correctly in the ads. Air conditioning was strong as was the heat when needed. Kitchen cabinets and sink are dated however everything was functional including washer and dryer. Some of the pictures though of the outside are not up to date and one in particular is not accurate which led us to rent this property in the first place. The photo listed "beach" is incorrect as there is no beach here only crocodiles. This picture is not even owned by the property and is private property to the person in front of the home. If you are a light sleeper, I would not rent here. The highway right behind us is very noisy because there is a traffic light where people have to slow down and speed up. Also you cannot sit outside at dawn or at dusk without a considerable amount of bug spray on because of the no-seums. If the screen room would have been there, this may have been preventable. There is also in some of the pictures a screen room that no longer exists and is now a bicycle graveyard. This property is close to shops, restaurants and other necessities. There are beaches nearby plus several within 30 minutes but you need to be aware of the tide schedule. Communication with the host was easy and so was check in.
