Welcome to paradise! Our amazing townhome is updated and beautiful with a tropical private pool and an easy, quick 3 min. walk to the beach.
The townhome is spacious and comfortable! We are the end unit townhome, so it is very private. Downstairs has an updated stainless kitchen that is fully stocked with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen features a large island with stools that is perfect for having breakfast or catching up on emails, along with a breakfast bar with Keurig and drip coffee machines. The stylish dining and living area is roomy featuring a wall mounted 50 inch TV. The downstairs area also has a half bathroom and a bunk area with sleeping for 2 people. There is a sliding glass door that leads to a private patio with charcoal grill. Just steps away is the gorgeous pool area with chairs for laying out, tables for a card game, and a bathroom.
The upstairs of the townhome features a master bedroom with king size bed, TV, a large deck overlooking the pool area, along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom features a brand new mattress and box spring queen bed, TV, and a full bath just outside the room.
The world's most beautiful sugar sand beach is a short 3-6 minute walk away and chair/umbrella rental is available for your convenience or simply take your own chair to the beach. Walk to ice cream, coffee shops, sandwiches or one of our favorites, Pompano Joe's! Our townhome is super convenient to the Sandestin Outlets, Destin Commons Shopping, or Grand Boulevard at Sandestin- take your pick as all are within minutes away. Fishing, golfing, water parks, scooters, bikes ,parasailing or golf carts are all close by.
Parking is a breeze, with 2 reserved spots in front of the townhome. We have a door lockbox so arrival is at your convenience and directly to the townhome with no direct contact required. This is a small and safe community of townhomes, featuring a large grassy yard perfect for soccer or a game of catch. In the center of the yard is a fenced in gorgeous pool with chairs for tanning or a game of cards. There is a laundry room located behind the pool area in case there is a need during your stay.
