This tastefully furnished 2 story villa is located at 4 Hilton Head Cabana which is in the South Forest Beach area. The villa is located directly across the street from the beach and a short walk away from Coligny Plaza.
The villa has been nicely updated; the kitchen has beautiful cabinets, granite counter tops, a beautiful back splash and is well equipped. The dining area is open to the living area and kitchen, there is seating for 4 and in the living area you will find plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. Off the living area is a patio with seating and a propane grill, there is also a half bath located on the first floor of the villa along with the laundry area with new appliances.
Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs and there is a shared full bath in the hall situated between the 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms have newer furnishings, bedding and flat screen TVs along with a beautiful décor.
There is a large beautiful community pool along with a kiddie pool. The complex is located on the bike paths which cover over 55 miles of paths on the beautiful island and is a perfect vacation spot for families.
**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**
