All rooms contain a flat-screen tv. Bella St Tropez is within walking distance of the grocery store, dozens of restaurants, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall. You can also walk out the neighborhood’s front gate, enjoy a bike ride, or stroll along the famous beach road.
1st Floor - Sleeps 4: King room, Queen room, shared bathroom, Laundry room, and direct access To The Resort Pool and Spa.
2nd Floor - Sleeps 2: Kitchen, living room with Queen-sized air mattress (sleeps 2), grand balcony, dining area, and a half bath.
3rd Floor Sleeps 5: King bedroom with bathroom, Bunk room with Twin over Full bed, and a shared balcony overlooking the Resort Pool.
This home has four beach chairs and a beach wagon for your convenience.
No Trailers, RV's, campers, or oversized vehicles are allowed in the subdivision. The driveway has parking for two vehicles. We do not offer additional parking. Any additional vehicles would have to find public parking in the nearby city of Destin.
Small dogs are allowed for “snowbirds” from October - February only. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees, as small dogs must be approved in advance in writing.

Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.
Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the responsibility of guests to purchase any additional items needed.

* This home is in a luxury community, and large events/parties are prohibited. You must be within the capacity of 11 people in the home.
Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!
