Deceptively large three bedroom cottage with two heated pools in downtown Lake Worth Beach. One pool is directly behind the house - the other pool is in the lot next door which it shares with the neighboring vacation rental. New central air and heat just installed May 2022.
Less than 1 block north of trendy Lucerne Ave this colorful Key West-style cottage sleeps six and has an in-ground pool. You can walk to downtown Lake Worth, the Hatch 1121 exhibit space, Publix grocery (3 blocks), Starbucks (2 blocks) and it is just one mile to the beach and pier. The downtown area boasts a walkability score of 85 - one of the best in South Florida.
For those who not wanting to use a car, the Tri-Rail station is 7 blocks away.
The house has three bedrooms and 2 full baths (one with shower tub), living room, large eat-in kitchen with table for 6 and a play room which overlooks the pool. The house is fully equipped with all linens, kitchen ware and beach supplies (towels, umbrellas and chairs).

The house is air conditioned and the pool has plenty of outside space to relax, swim and BBQ on the gas grilles. The pools are shared with the 1-1 bath cottage next door which can also be rented and sleeps 2 (Casita Azul on HomeAway) and Joel's place which sleeps 4. The two other cottages can also be rented if you require more space. sleeping up to 12 in total.
There is off-street parking and plenty of safe, free on-street parking.
Lake Worth is a very diverse, eclectic beach town which moves to its own beat. A newly-developed artist community with several studio lofts is just down the street. The West Palm Beach Antique Row Art and District is less than 10 minutes by car. Here you will find many antique shops, design firms and trendy casual restaurants and bars.
