Imagine the emerald water and powdery white sand of the most beautiful beaches in the world just a one-minute stair-free stroll outside your front door! Low density beach abounds at this unique junction of a small county park and Camp Helen State Park. Dine or enjoy coffee with incredible Gulf views on the expansive second and third floor decks.
Given the prized location of this home, guests enjoy peaceful scenic landscape along the beach boardwalks, lifeguards, quality restroom, shower and foot wash facilities, snorkeling at an artificial reef located 300 yards right off the beach. Bonfire and beach dining concierge services are perks. No crowded beaches at this amazing site.
Whether you are a small family, group of six couples, or larger gathering of up to19 people, Belle la Mer will effortlessly accommodate everyone. Offering 5000 sqft indoors as well as unusually large gated outdoor space tasteful relaxation awaits your arrival! Belle la Mer features a three stop elevator, five beautifully appointed king bedrooms with private bathrooms adorned with floor to ceiling marble showers. A sixth bedroom features another private bathroom, four custom built in adult size bunk beds, as well as a luxury queen sleep sofa. Drift asleep on a luxury queen sleep sofa overlooking the Gulf from another third floor bedroom.
The generous primary living/dining/ kitchen area is on the second floor to take advantage of amazing Gulf views from floor to ceiling sliding doors. Everyone eats together at a large table, massive marble island, and large peninsula bar. The well-appointed kitchen, butler pantry, and bar area have two dishwashers and refrigerators, warming drawer, convection microwave, gas stove/oven, beverage cooler, and ice-makers to accommodate the most discriminating chef. After dinner enjoy a movie on our 85-inch TV/Sonos system with plenty of comfortable seating for all.
After a game of bocce ball and lounging on front porch rockers head to the cabana/pool area out back. The huge 35ft saltwater heatable pool and sundeck are surrounded by comfortable seating. A cabana, or indoor/outdoor living space has a 20ft ceiling, kitchen, laundry, half bath, and features another 85in tv/Sonos system so you can dine outside and watch the big game from the pool! Celebrate the win by dancing under the disco ball and pin lights.... Your own nightclub on site!
Near the pool is a Cornilleau Park ping pong table, synthetic turf area for yoga, corn hole etc, large Blaze natural gas grill and fire pit too. There is parking for up to five vehicles as well as a six seat golf cart provided. Belle la Mer truly presents as a luxury resort; a place where cherished beach vacation memories are created!

PARKING:

PROPERTY RULES:
* Maximum occupancy of this home is 19 guests in beds.
* Private parking onsite for a maximum of five normal size vehicles.
* Limited pet friendly (max. 2 small to medium size dogs) with pet fee
* No smoking inside or outside while on property
* Minimum age requirement to rent is 25.
* Natural gas pool heating is optional ($90/day) and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of arrival date to allow proper heating to 88 degrees.
* Spa is considered a pool feature heated to 88 degrees for safety reasons.
* Cabana mini split for owner use only. Fans are available.
* Guests must agree to sign Paradise 30A rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or we will cancel the reservation.
* All reservations are non-refundable. We strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so you are covered.
* Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of properties that we manage. There are no homes under construction adjacent to Belle La Mer.
