This home is located in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Orlando / Thornton Park area. Your a few steps away from all the romantic scenery of downtown's Lake Eola park & Amway arena (see photos). Only 20-30 minutes from the Theme Parks and Airport. Many parks surround the area with amazing tranquil water views. Downtown has lively night life. This is one of the few locations where you can live in all of Florida without needing a car as convenient location for everything.
The space
This space is your own private townhome. It has one covered carport space attached plus one off street parking spot for a visitor just outside the home. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an additional pullout sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The guest bathroom has an upgraded walk-in shower. You also have basic cable, internet and a 60 inch flatscreen LED TV to use and one LED TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and you will have fresh towels and toiletries upon arrival. You will have everything you need to be comfortable. There is a nice dining table seating for 4 people and small desk work space. Additionally there is a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit so you can launder clothes as you need.

Keys will be in a lockbox for you when you arrive. You have a private townhome with a Private Entrance. Designated 2 parking spots. Private Small Side Porch. Share Backyard with other tenants.There is no waterview from the home but you can walk anywhere to see the the sites posted in 2-5 minutes. This home is 1000 sqft and very efficient.
The floors are travertine and the counter tops are granite (no carpet).
Other things to note
There are a couple of steps to enter the home. There are no ramps unfortunately.
The home can accommodate children but there are no child beds or baby beds.
