Rockland Key Rental House is a cute Key West home that is located only 9 miles from Key West. So enjoy the quaint and quiet beauty of the Keys with fast access to party central downtown. There is a pool that is sunny all day – which makes in very warm and inviting. It's not heated, but the sun heats it quickly.
There's back covered deck with a ceiling fan to and an outdoor table to enjoy dinners outside (and the sunset, of course). There is comfy deck couch to take siestas in the afternoon (or go sleep in the hammock!).
There’s a pool bar at the pool, a grill for grilling, a small downstairs patio and a breakfast table on the front porch to enjoy sunrises.
The pool and landscaping has solar lighting that lights up the palm trees and yard for nighttime enjoyment.
The house is on a canal so you could dock your boat – with quick and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the Atlantic.
The house is very clean, comfy with a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the sunset view over the gulf of Mexico every night. There are 3 bedrooms and the house sleeps 6 comfortably with a pull out couch for kids or a weekend guest. Two bedrooms have comfortable King beds. One small bedroom has a double futon bed. The living room sofa pulls out to a very comfortable queen bed.
There is High Speed internet, Washer & Dryer, A/C, and smart TV’s for you to log into your own television. Free TV basic channels on the Pluto App.
We are in a residential area. Our neighbors are very good and private. KeyWest has a 28 day rental policy. You cannot split the rent with someone else and unless you are there the entire time (meaning, no subleasing or “you rent for two weeks and leave and then someone else new comes for the other two weeks”. Unfortunately, it's a Key West law).
Boats: There is a bridge that fits a 26’ fixed Bimini boats. See photo for bridge variance.
The rental allows for one boat. We will allow other boats. There is an additional charge (due to water consumption). Let us know so we can give you a bid.
Additional guests over 6 adults who stay longer than 3 days, the charge is $25 per person per day. Max 10 people. Exceptions can be made but must be made in advance (courtesy to the neighbors).
No RV’s parked at the residence. Use Boyd’s campground or KOA.
The house is bright and sunny and clean. Rent for a month or more (Must sign short term monthly lease).
