Summary: Rooms needs an upgrade on shower curtains & Housekeeping needs to make sure everything that’s included in the rooms is ready to use. Because our complimentary Shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. And, I feel like the outside definitely looks better than the inside of the hotel not a resort if you ask me! The hallway ceiling in the whole building needs to be upgraded. Don’t think I’ll stay there again with my Family.
