Introducing this beautiful vacation home located in the serene Lower Keys, available for your spring to fall getaway. Nestled within the gated community of Venture Out, this property offers a wealth of amenities for a perfect sunny escape. Relax by the heated pool or enjoy a refreshing swim in the saltwater swimming lagoon. Engage in friendly competition with pool, ping pong, tennis, or pickleball. If you're in the mood for some fun, gather your group for a game of bocce! Don't worry if you forgot a book; there is a well-stocked library with plenty of options to choose from. For families, there's a playground and a kiddie pool to keep the little ones entertained. Explore the scenic bike paths along the Overseas Highway with the four adult bikes provided.
With two bedrooms and two baths, this home comfortably accommodates up to six guests in a king bed, queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa. Situated on a 60' wide canal, you'll have direct access to the water, with a 33' seawall dock perfect for your boat up to 30'. The dock features cleats, bumpers, a fish cleaning table, and a swim ladder for your convenience. Please ensure your boat fits tip to tip with the motor up within the 33' space. Guests will also have access to a storeroom equipped with a bait freezer and space for dive and fishing gear.
Enjoy the outdoors on the two covered decks—one overlooking the street and the other facing the tranquil canal. Additional seating is available under the home, and both upper and lower decks feature outdoor seating with a gas grill for your dining pleasure. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals, and smart TVs are available in both bedrooms and the living room. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi. Please note to adhere to the maximum occupancy of six guests as per Venture Out rules, and kindly request no pets or smoking on the premises. We would like all potential guests to be aware that this home is located in a private and individually owned residential condominium and NOT A RESORT, therefore we ask that all guests treat our community as such.
If your group is larger than 6 persons, we have another property just 5 doors away on the same canal, which sleeps 4. The Property Name is Blue Mind #225. These homes are not connected, but a very short, easy walk down the road so your group could stay within steps of each other.
Adventure beyond the gates for a bite to eat at some of Florida Key's favorite restaurants such as, Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mamas, Kiki's Sandbar or Boondocks Draft house and Miniature Golf course, all within a 10 minute drive. Or head a little further to Key West for even more fun only 20 minutes away! Nearby you have Bahia Honda State Park or tour the Civil War fort at Ft. Zachery Taylor Park in Key West. There's amazing snorkeling on Looe Key. You may take a tour from just a couple of islands away.

Additional fees:
12.5% tax (5% lodging tax and 7.5% county sales tax), $150 cleaning fee, $75 booking fee, and a non-refundable $55 accidental damage fee. The Venture Out fee, paid at the gate upon arrival, is $125.00 and must be paid by debit or credit card. One vehicle is allowed to park at the home (NO exceptions). There are additional fees for parking an extra car, etc, but there is no guarantee of availability. We have a list of off site parking nearby, for your boat trailer and/or 2nd vehicle.
Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. Main guest must be 25 years of age or older and will need to email a copy of your drivers license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.
Parking:
Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. This vehicle must fit on the driveway and not extend out to the road. The driveway measurements are 19L X 10W. If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, you will need to see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot which costs $5/day. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
