The property features 2 screened in porches and ample parking. To be clear, it is not located on the river, but it is located a short walk to our own private community's riverfront park in Rio Vista. The park is on the beautiful Rainbow River with a swimming area, boat ramp, picnic pavilions, bbqs and restrooms. This is a very secluded little community with only one road in and out to the main road through town. It is very quiet and peaceful, yet near basic needs. There are grocery stores, Walmart, and several restaurants and parks with 5 miles.
