This open and airy 3 bedroom 2 bath is the perfect vacation pool home and sleeps 8 comfortably. The single-family home is located in Bradenton and situated in a community called "Sabal Harbor". The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also a close drive to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and I-75. The property is conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, WAWA, and several restaurants in the area!
This 3-bedroom property is very spacious with plenty of room for entertaining and has a relaxing tropical vibe throughout the whole house. It also comes with lots of seating if you are just looking to kick back and relax. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home and is fully equipped for your stay. BBQ Grill is also available for your use.
The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating to hang out on a beautiful Florida day. The pool deck offers an additional location to watch your favorite shows or sports team while hanging out in the pool. You also have access to a propane fire pit which offers the perfect place to enjoy at night. Just outside the screens, you can also see a beautiful view of the pond.
