Bright, beautiful, freshly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a hot tub and views of the Gulf of Mexico and Lemon Bay. This is a nicely furnished, cheerful condo; the living room has a vaulted ceiling, huge windows with lots of sunlight, and a ceiling fan. During winter months, the deck's southern exposure is excellent for sunning.
The open-concept floor plan allows you to enjoy your company in the living & dining areas while in the kitchen (which includes your own washer/dryer and upgraded appliances). The main floor en-suite bedroom has its own balcony, a king size bed and a full-size bed, a TV, and ceiling fan. The upstairs en-suite master bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, and deck with nice water views. This complex offers free Wi-Fi, a heated swimming pool, 2 propane grills, a fire-pit, and beautiful beach. Arrivals & departures in the winter are Saturday to Saturday only. Discount for 3 or more weeks. (Condo registration fee of $50 required)
