With stark white walls and furnishings with accents of coastal blue throughout, this cheerful home captures the feel of a Florida cottage while still maintaining its elegance. Surrounded by forest views, this home has ultimate privacy from the pool area and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
The first floor is welcomed by an open kitchen and living area with a flat-screen TV, access to the screened-in porch, and seating for 8 at the dinner table and 5 at the breakfast bar. There is a guest bathroom down the hall adjacent to the secondary living room and first guest room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa.
Upstairs, there is a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds in the hallway that separates the primary suite from the remaining guest rooms. The primary suite features private access to the balcony, sitting area, and private bathroom. The final 2 bedrooms feature a king and queen bed with private bathrooms. The corner balcony on the second floor is a cozy spot to enjoy the Gulf breeze and find a moment of serenity with a view of the Florida pine trees surrounding the home. Guests are just a short walk or bike ride to the many amenities around WaterColor's neighborhood including tennis courts, nature paths, playgrounds, and The Boathouse.
