Glass enclosed wine room, open concept living centered around true chef's space kitchen, top of the line appliances including double oven. Private balcony overlooking backyard and heated pool, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, 4 car parking spot available, top of the line luxury stay.
The Space:
The house is located in a residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES or events of any kind, NO SMOKING inside the house, Pets are allowed, max 1 for stay and it has a $300 pet fee , no loud noise or loud music outside after 10PM.
No more than 15 adults or including children at the house at all times.

Kitchen:
Soft closing cabinets, fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glassware, plastic wine glasses for the pool area, pots, pans, cooking utensils, , waffle maker, air frier, Keurig coffee maker.
Bathrooms:
All bathrooms include plenty of towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes and toilet paper, 1 bathroom in first floor with shower the other 2 bathrooms are upstairs.
Laundry room:
Located on the First floor, available for your use, iron, iron board.
Guest Access:
The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

There are exterior recording cameras and noise detector devices.-
