3 bedroom 3 bathroom (2 ensuite) detached family villa, with fully heated Pool & inground Spa (Re-surfaced and new heater in Jan 2019) - set in a beautiful, well established quiet and peaceful conservation community. Furnished to exceptional standards, our home is fully equipped with many extras that other home owners will normally charge you for. We are unlike many other Florida homes as we have no close neighbours, giving you complete privacy and peace and quiet during your stay. Just check out our location to see how private our villa is. Amenities Keyless entry system - personal code provided 2 weeks before arrival giving you instant access to the villa - (no key collection required) Very Private Pool & Independently heated large in ground Spa with spacious deck backing onto conservation area. We make a charge of £16 per day for our pool and spa heating. All doors leading to our pool area are alarmed for child safety. Pool & Spa furniture including loungers, table and chairs. No close neighbour’s giving complete privacy. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing & Drying machines. Large flat screen 50\' HD TV in lounge. DVD player & X box 360 game console with a selection of games. No TV\'s in any of the bedroom. (you really don\'t need them!) Telephone for free local calls. High speed Wireless internet access. Fully air conditioned. Bicycles – pool toys and games in garage. inc table tennis table. 24/7 Emergency contact with management company. (English run) Baby facilities - high chair, travel cot (inc bedding), play pen, play walker & pushchair. We do not have a security alarm at the villa but our community is very quiet and peaceful with sheriff patrols day and night and a robust neighbourhood watch scheme. Everything you need for a perfect family vacation. Our villa is on a large corner plot with our closest neighbour’s being over 100ft away, giving complete privacy as a certain guarantee. Our community is quiet and peaceful and set in a wonderful conservation area with many lakes and ponds scattered around the whole community. Perfect for relaxing after busy days out and about. Come and watch the squirrels, otters, cranes, bob cats, racoon\'s and birds of prey that visit us on a daily basis. For large parties travelling together we can also offer \'side by side\' villa rental. We have teamed up with a close neighbour & friend in order to offer large parties the opportunity to stay in villas very close together. Very large communal swimming pool with changing facilities, sun loungers and chairs. gate access code - 901280 or 327437. Tennis courts, beach volleyball and basketball courts, a children’s play area and a covered picnic & BBQ area with fantastic views over the 4 acre fishing lake. Ideal for having a get together or just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Local hiking and biking trails dotted around the conservation area, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll or leisurely bike ride. Close to major road links for easy access to shopping, golf courses, airports and of course Disney (which is only 15 minutes away), the 192 in Kissimmee and all the other attractions. Shopping and golfing options are also just around the corner. With a brand new shopping complex offering shopping & Restaurants alike, both sit in and takeaway. There are no less than 7 golf courses within a 5 mile radius of each other and our villa. Championsgate and reunion being just 2 of them, making this the ideal location to base your golfing vacation.
