It accommodates boats up to 37 feet, with just under three feet of water at the dock at low-low tide and five feet in the channel, so plan your draft accordingly. Bring your own lines, hoses, and fenders — those aren't stocked. And if you're not arriving by water, the dock is still the best seat in the house: a good spot to drop a line, watch for manatees in the cooler months, or sit with coffee from the drip maker (there's a Keurig too) while the water does its thing.
The location is the rare Delray combination of quiet street and short walk. Head east and you're on the beach in minutes; the wide public stretch along Ocean Boulevard runs for miles with lifeguards, showers, and easy access points, and the Delray Beach Pavilion marks the lively heart of it where Atlantic Avenue meets the sand. - No trailer parking on the yard or street. Both are monitored and enforced; street parking risks citations.
- No overnight parking of boats on trailers under any circumstance — the driveway pavers cannot support the weight.
