Positive: Convenient for visiting folks at Sun City. Kitchenette was convenient. Laundry and spacious room made it suitable for a longer stay.

Negative: We had no suitcase stand, my big bag was on the floor and the other suitcase was on the chair.

Summary: Convenient & comfortable. No frills, did the job.
