Immediately adjacent to the Palmetto Walk Shops and a short walk to the Harris Teeter shopping complex, there truly is no Vacation Rental location with easier access to dining, art galleries, and shopping for antiques, clothing or simply the essentials. It is only a short 1.5-mile drive to enjoy the public beaches and walking paths between the Ritz-Carlton and Summer Beach community for those beach days that make memories.
Back at the Cottage, the common living space includes versatile sectional seating without sacrificing comfort to enjoy the 65-inch High-Definition flat screen tv (streaming only). There is a 6-seat dining table to enjoy meals and 4 barstools that overlook the large gourmet kitchen where the chef takes center stage. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops will meet every cooking and serving need.
The master bedroom serves as an oasis for rest and relaxation. A King-sized bed and a seating area for two offers privacy for curling up with a good book or viewing a show on the the wall mounted 55-inch flat screen TV. The master also includes en suite bathroom with a shower\tub combination and a private entrance to the outdoor patio.
The remaining guest bedrooms are a double queen bedroom and a single queen bedroom each with 55-inch flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms share a bathroom in a separate section of the Cottage for privacy and include large picture windows that offer expansive views of the property. Finally, a bunk room with two twin-sized bunks provides needed flexibility for the desired sleeping arrangements.
A separate entrance to a large laundry room includes a stackable washer and dryer, and a rise off bathroom for cleaning off the sand after a day the beach.
Parking will never be an issue with this large yard that has space for several cars, larger SUVs/trucks, RVs and boats.
