Welcome to Casa Agave! "Resposado" is our modern, spacious, stylish & peaceful 1-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale and adjacent to Wilton Manors. This beautifully decorated boutique apartment and private patio garden is perfect for those looking for a quality, clean, tranquil & charming retreat in the "Venice of America."
As you step inside the inviting "Reposado" apartment, you will be greeted by an open living & kitchen area that features beach-inspired, fun, colorful & modern furnishings and art, including a stylish emerald velvet sofa, blue lounge chair, coffee table, dining seating for 2, flat screen smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and landline for free local calls.
The living area also boasts large sliding glass doors with a view of the private wrap around garden patio with several seating areas & hammock, allowing fresh air and natural light to flood in, creating a bright, inviting & calming space. No other guests will have access to your garden (except for bi-weekly landscaping maintenance).
The fully-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals during your stay (or for simply heating up leftovers). The kitchen is supplied with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and stocked with a full range of cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheet, cups, bowls, plates, wine glasses, oil, salt & pepper.
The bedroom is a peaceful mid-century modern retreat, with a comfortable queen-sized bed, clean, white, cotton bedding, gorgeous designer area rug, and plenty of closet space with a iron, ironing board, and a set of beach chairs & towels. There is also a turquois desk and white leather chair with a charging port that is perfect for remote work. *Please note that there is no TV in the bedroom.
The charming blue & black tiled bathroom has updated fixtures and a bathtub with shower. We provide clean fresh towels, hairdryer, and quality vegan shampoo, conditioner, & body wash.
We have a shared laundry room that is free to use for all guests. We even provide the detergent!
Each apartment has one numbered parking space provided at the front of the property.
We are pleased to also offer concierge services. Your host, Alex, is at your service. He can assist with making recommendations for things to do and places to eat, arranging local transportation, grocery shopping, stocking your kitchen prior to your stay, arrange for optional mid-stay housekeeping, and taking special request to prepare and personalize your stay.
Casa Agave is located in a prime location, just minutes away from the Ft. Lauderdale beach, DRV PNK stadium, downtown shopping, and dining. It is adjacent to Wilton Manors (2 min drive), also known as "The Island City", an internationally-known LGBTQ destination. Its epicenter, Wilton Drive, is home to many independent businesses, fabulous dining options, art galleries, vintage boutiques, parks, museums and a vibrant night life of the hottest nightclubs & bars. It's even the home to the very first South Florida Dairy Queen.
We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable space for our guests to enjoy. *Please note that we have a strict no pets and no smoking/vaping policy inside the unit.
*Guest agrees to pay $350 for violation of any house rules (i.e any evidence of pets or smoking inside the unit). This fee covers the cost of deep cleaning, removing odors, exterior clean-up, any necessary repairs or replacements, etc.
We also ask all guests to respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. During these hours, we ask all guests to keep noise levels to a minimum.
Breaking of any house rules (i.e pets, smoking, quiet hours) will lead to an immediate eviction without a refund.
As frequent visitors and residents of South Florida know, we share our outdoor space with all kinds of cute lizards, geckos, parrots and even iguanas! Expect to deal with the occasional pesky mosquito and other insects as well. While we regularly treat Casa Agave monthly both inside and outside for pests, please remember, this is South Florida. Outdoor creatures may occasionally find their way indoors, especially if you leave the doors open.
