Summary: We were attending a conference in Farmington. The house was clean and communications with the property manager were easy and pleasant. It was perfect for our purposes. One note is that the heating does not extend to the bedrooms of the doors are closed. The one night dropped to around 17-18F and the rooms became quite chilly. There were plenty of blankets though and the rest of the house was comfortable. I recommend this property for a stay in Farmington.
