THE HOA registration Pet Fee is $80 for first pet and $40 for a 2nd pet for 3 nights or less. If the reservation is 4 nights or more, the fee is $150 for the First Pet and $50 Second Pet. Limit 2 pets per stay. There is no weight limit, but there is an aggressive breed restriction: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid are not allowed.
Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.
