NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Midtown is more than palm trees and ocean views. This is Miami's place to shop, home to the Shops and Midtown, a huge outdoor shopping district. It is directly south of the Miami Design District, slightly north of Downtown. Midtown features a variety of office buildings and is home to the Art Miami art fair.
Midtown Miami contains two distinctive neighborhoods, Wynwood and Edgewater. Wynwood is famous for its shops, restaurants, and outdoor murals. Edgewater is far more residential, providing a variety of high-rise apartment buildings and luxury condos along Biscayne Bay. Miami Beach is directly east of Midtown Miami, roughly four miles away along I-195.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
There will be an administration fee of $50.00 per guest at time of check in due to enhanced cleaning of the building and its amenities. All admin fees are paid at check in to building. $50.00 per adult other than husband/wife or parent/minor child, which are considered one applicant.
Guests with pets will need to register their pet at time of check in and leave a 100% REFUNDABLE deposit of $300.00. Guest will have to bring a check, cashiers check, or money order in the amount of $300.00. Checks will be given back or made invalid at time of checkout. One pet per reservation. More than one pet will account for an additional $150.00 deposit by check or money order given at check in as well an additional fee of $75.00 to reservation. The host needs to be informed of pets and approved before arrival.
