This cute cottage has served as Eureka Springs lodging for over 20 years! The vintage vibes can be found in more than just the architecture. The Mimosa Cottage is a 1900s Victorian-style home nestled in the historic district of town. This adorable cottage is filled with antique details that create a calm atmosphere for maximum relaxation. We especially appreciate the natural lighting on account of the numerous windows here! The kitchenette may make you nostalgic for grandma's baking. In addition to the antique details, guests will also have access to a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and fridge. That will be the perfect place to reheat a pastry or two from the nearby cafes. However, there is no conventional oven or stovetop - the antique range stove in the rental is for display only.
This delightful cottage can be a romantic rendezvous or a place to unplug. The real tranquility comes from sitting on the balcony. Not only do you get to soak in the views of historic Eureka Springs, but you also get to soak in the hot tub! The treetop balcony has a marvelous private hot tub as well as comfortable seating. Whether you are a newcomer to the cottage or a local around Eureka Springs, the Mimosa Cottage can always offer a relaxing retreat!
Jacob's Ladder is located a short distance north of Mimosa Cottage, to your left as you walk out the front door. This long concrete stairway will take you down to North Main Street, near the Grand Central Hotel. Walk south along North Main and you will see the stairs leading up to the intersection of Spring and Center streets at the heart of the downtown shopping district.
Onyx Spring, Carry Nation Spring, and Little Eureka Spring are all just a short walk away (South on Hale Street). Or walk north up Hale and Council Street to the East Mountain Overlook gazebo for a panoramic view of the valley below the Crescent Hotel.

Parking notes: Private parking is available for two vehicles. This area is designated by a sign and is located north of the cottage. Please only park in this area. Please do not park in the south parking space, as this is a tow-away zone.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
