Positive: The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location on Newbury Street is absolutely perfect — lively, central, and surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, with everything within walking distance. Check-in was fully autonomous which made arrival super easy, and the host/manager was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We also really appreciated the heat pump (AC/heating system), which kept the place perfectly warm or cool as needed.

Negative: Because the apartment is located in a busy and vibrant area, the street noise can be quite noticeable — light sleepers should be aware. The place feels a bit dated and not very well equipped. The biggest downside was the bedding: the mattress wasn’t comfortable, the pillows weren’t supportive, and the sheets didn’t feel great on the skin. There also wasn’t a proper duvet — only a very thin one — which made the sleeping experience less cozy. Additionally, cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed hair in the shower and some stains on the floor upon arrival. Investing in a higher-quality mattress, proper duvets, better sheets, and a more thorough cleaning before check-in would significantly enhance the guest experience.
