3 Bedroom Cottage in West Panama City Beach, Panama City Beach
Miss simpler times? This curated, vintage hideaway will satisfy your nostalgia. Old Florida, private & surrounded by nature. Just 1 short block to the empty, reserved beaches of chill Laguna Beach with NO condos or development. Even in high season our beaches allow for lots of social distancing. Leave the car in driveway and walk 2 blks to Thomas Donut, 5 blks to the fab grocery store, Carousel, or a short drive to 30A (Rosemary Beach is 9 min) or Pier Park (5 min). We also rent as 2/1 or a 1/1 studio. We have a fully stocked shed with all the beach gear for 8 adults including kids. We also rent our golf for $50/day (over 50% less than the local rental shop).
This is NOT a spartan rental managed by a soulless, management company. We work with guests to assure they have the best stay and provide tips on the local secrets and hidden gems. Sunshine Daydream feels like home and has a special feel to it. This property is surrounded by nature and has two empty lots next to it affording the ultimate in privacy. It's close enough to the Gulf (1 short block) to feel the Gulf breeze and even hear the sounds of the waves rolling in.
