This charming child and pet friendly home has three bedrooms with two full baths. Stocked with all the essentials to complete your stay at your home away from home. Two bedrooms each with a king bed and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has both a queen size bed and a full bed. Enjoy the firepit in the secluded fully fenced yard or take a stroll in Fletcher park which is less than 1/2 block away or walk to Glenwood South to some of the best restaurants and bars in Raleigh.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a pet and you do not add the $75 pet fee to your initial reservation, it will be double once you arrive at the property or if not disclosed at all, there will be a $500 fine. There will also be an additional cleaning fee if you allow your pets on the furniture or bedding.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. We allow children with the following stipulations: -Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing" -Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the home. It is only on the outside of the home at each entrance, there are no cameras inside. There is a noise monitoring device inside the home, this detects noise levels only without recording or listening. CANCELLATION POLICY Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email) After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
