Enjoy the charm of downtown Franklin (the number one small town in the South), then come back and enjoy some sweet tea on the deck, or fall asleep to the glow of fireflies from the screened in porch. Close to all things Nashville, Brentwood. Easy access to highways 840 and 65. Off street parking for up to six cars.
Take your morning or evening walk and say hello to the many farm animals on the road that will greet you as you walk by. Beautiful sunsets from the front porch, along with visiting backyard deer await you.
The home is a classic split level. The lower level is the den level. It has direct access from driveway. Also in this level is a wood burning fireplace, large screen TV, half bath, queen bed, and laundry facility.
The main level has one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, large open kitchen with island seating for four, dining table, main living room, and access to the screened in porch. The porch has a twin bed, writing desk and rocking chair.
The upper level has three bedrooms and a full bath. Room one has a full bed, room two has two twin beds, and the third room has a queen bed plus direct access into the recently remodeled bathroom.
Outside you will find a fire pit and a rocking chair deck.
Perfect for extended family reunion, there is space for everyone, including your furry family member. Dogs are welcome with additional fee. No size restrictions but certain breed restrictions apply. Dog door is in the den with access to the outside. Yard is not fenced.
We welcome guests who will respect the home. This is not a home that is suitable for parties or disruptive behaviors. Children of all ages are welcome however home has not been childproofed.
