Guest bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds, Guest bedroom #2 has a King bed, Guest bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. Guest bathroom has a tub / shower combo with vanity sink. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Great fenced in back yard to play a game or toss a ball around with the entire family. The garage is air conditioned and equipped with a ping pong table, foosball and a game table to enjoy board games with the family. Corn hole, volleyball, beach cart, tent, umbrella , chairs, ice cooler and sand toys available.
There is a community playground next to the property for the children to enjoy. Also, there is community access to the Sound with a picnic area and boardwalk to sit and enjoy our beautiful sunsets. Boats and trailers cannot be parked in the driveway. However, there is space in the back yard to park your boat during your stay.
All bed linens are provided including beach towels.
Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and a short drive to our beautiful sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
