This newly renovated 2-bedroom unit with a bonus sunroom is the perfect getaway for up to 4 people looking to enjoy the beautiful beaches of this area. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a private cul-de-sac, it is the perfect place to rest and recharge between trips to the most beautiful beaches in the world. This location is just a quick 5-minute drive (2 miles) to the Madeira Beach access and a 10-minute drive to the famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.
This entire unit has been completely renovated and updated to create a beautiful coastal atmosphere that is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Make yourself at home while streaming your favorite shows on the 75-inch TV in a relaxing beachy ambiance. There is also a cute coffee and wine bar that is there for you to start and end your perfect beach day!
Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with brand new appliances including a large fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, and a wine cooler. Kitchen basics along with coffee are included.
This unit sleeps 4 comfortably. It includes 2 large bedrooms each having its own Queen-sized bed. In the larger bedroom there is a dedicated workspace with a built-in desk and plenty of adequate lighting to work remotely or to be productive on vacation! There are also plenty of outlets and USB ports within the house.
And leading out of the larger bedroom is a quaint little sunroom where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while getting some fresh air. The sunroom leads right out to the backyard area as well.
The bathroom in this unit has a large walk-in shower with a removable shower head which makes it easy to spray the sand off from the day. NOTE: The shower is slightly elevated so you do have to step up to get into the shower. We provide plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, and hand soap.
This unit is located in the main part of a large house with 2 other quiet units on each side of it (both are short-term rental listings as well). Each unit in the house is private and each has it’s own entrance with a specific door code. They are all completely separated and they are not accessible to each other within the house. You will have access to your own private entrance which is the main door of the house and the front porch which includes outdoor chairs.
The backyard area is shared with all 3 units. There is a gas grill, seating, a giant Connect Four game, Cornhole, and a Giant Jenga game. It is a quiet, peaceful area with new landscaping and large, old Oak trees beyond the fence. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine at the end of a long beach day. We do have string lights on the fence so you can relax in the evening. We just remodeled the whole backyard in April 2024 so we are still adding and updating as time goes on!
We offer free laundry to our guests and the laundry room is located in the back of the house. It is shared between the 3 units. We provide laundry detergent, fabric softener, and fabric softener sheets.
We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and towels to borrow for the beach! This unit offers free WIFI, parking for 2 vehicles, and a courtesy EV charger for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles. If you need a highchair or Pack 'n Play just message me and we can set it up in the unit before your visit!
There is also a small binder in the unit which includes house information, local restaurant recommendations, things to do, and some information about the area. And I am always available to provide any information!
