Our Ranch Bungalow provides accommodations for up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 full baths and boasting natural lighting in all rooms. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the relaxing front porch while giving you a perfect view of the neighborhood.
The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, cooking staples, open shelving and coffee essentials. Create memories around the breakfast room table and breakfast island/bar for a family breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The cozy greatroom is the perfect place to relax after a busy day from boating, walking and sightseeing everything that Savannah has to offer. A Smart TV in the greatroom allows guest to access their personal streaming channels and take in a movie or watch their favorite sporting shows. (Greatroom also includes a sofa bed that accommodates 2).
Also, don't forget about our game room set up especially for family game night or keeping the kiddos busy while breakfast or dinner is being prepared.
When ready to turn in for the night, guests will enjoy comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. The master bedroom includes a king bed, Smart Tv and its own personal Ensuite with tub/shower combination and vanity. The second and third guest bedrooms include a queen bed, dressers, nightstands with lamps. The final bedroom includes two single beds with dresser, nightstand & lamps. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and vanity. Guests can also utilize the powder room located in the main living area.
The back of the home also includes a covered porch overlooking the wooded view. An attached car port is available for guest parking. Guests can also enjoy fellowship in the backyard around the fire pit ready for an evening fire for making smores.
