Outdoor shower, hillbilly hottub, and terra preta humanure fermentation system. Gopher tortoises, enormous piliated woodpeckers, deer, and endangered fox sqirrels. Eight foot high fence around property keeps visiting dogs inside, so they are free to roam. Unpolluted night sky stargazing. All poised atop Florida's ancient sandhill ridge, what was once islands.
The Charter Bus:
Queen sized bed in the back with A/C, heat, and skylight. Sink, toilet and hot shower, and a table and living room with couch. Perfect place to sleep comfortably and chill away from the raw power of nature. Just 100 feet from the kitchen and communal space, and 3 minute walk down to the lake and pond.

King sized bed, screened windows, fans, lights, electricty, and lots of room. No A/C or running water.
