Hello! This property was my personal home, and my only rental. I put a lot of love into furnishing and decorating it, and I'm glad to give someone else the chance to enjoy it during their stay in Louisville!
The home has been completely renovated with contemporary, designer finishes. It is close to all area hospitals, restaurants, shopping, Churchill Downs, and some of Louisville's most popular areas: St. Matthews and the Highlands!
The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and safe. It includes a covered carport with a gate, and large backyard with 7 ft. privacy fence surrounding. Perfect for pets and kids!
There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with an additional full size refrigerator, and two spacious living rooms with large flatscreen TVs.
