VERY IMPORTANT this is unique property the short term rental not prohibited, but it’s a LONG process due to STRICT rules. I would need to do a full background check and wait for approval of HOA for your stay in order to avoid that I would ask you sincerely to not go to the front desk but contact me directly for any questions you have if you should talk to the neighbors, please mention that you are MY Friends !
