Enjoy the spacious deck, tall ivy-covered trees, and still have convenient access to Charlotte’s city center. ** please note, the maps overview that indicates it’s walking distance from the river / whitewater center is incorrect. Roughly 10-15 minute drive to those locations**
Additionally, I do not allow the space to be rented out for parties. It is a neighborhood, and I want to be respectful of neighbors. Single-night stays will need to be discussed please!

Summary: Very nice. I would love to stay again. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. So clean and fresh. Loved the colors inside.
