Beautiful home located in the Historic Lavaca - one of the oldest and closest neighborhoods to downtown San Antonio, within walking distance to everything Southtown has to offer: Arts District, the Riverwalk, Convention Center, Hemisfair Park, the Alamo dome, Blue Star Brewing Company, the Arneson amphitheater and plenty of yummy restaurants and cafe's. Amazing location with easy access to downtown San Antonio tourist attractions!

The Space:
This cozy unit has 11ft ceilings, an abundance of natural light, original hardwood floors, 2 bedroom with top-quality super comfortable beds with hotel-quality linens. Remodeled bathroom, new kitchen with granite countertops fully equipped. Decorated with brand new modern furniture, living room with sofa-bed including High speed WiFi, TV Roku, ,and a fully fenced yard.

The unit is a perfect place for a single, couple, 5 adults, or couple with 3 kids to stay in comfortably while visiting San Antonio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove-top, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a toaster. It has easy access to the freeway, so that you can easily drive to Six Flags Fiesta Texas (16 min) or Sea World (15 min). You can walk to the Riverwalk, the Alamodome or the Henry B. Gonzales convention center, and several great restaurants and bars.

There is also a B-Cycle (Bicycle rental) station nearby. You absolutely don't need a car; you can walk, Uber or use public transportation from most anywhere to downtown, there is a public bus stop just in front of the house. If you do have a car, you can park on the street - free parking.

Summary: Loved the apartment. Washer/dryer a plus. Felt comfy and close to downtown. Only thing not recommend for toddlers and little ones that like run. Kept repeating to stop running and jumping. Also being in second floor the baby learning to walk would get close to stair case. For adults and children that don’t run perfect.
