Our remodeled 3 level Gulf Coast rental is perfect for a family get away or a quiet couple retreat. Our lower level offers storage, covered parking, BBQ grill and a perfect summer seating area. We also added 1 stand up paddle board/ 1 kayak to get out and enjoy the bay more, disc golf, corn hole boards and other toys/beach gear. The second floor offers a very comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen Smart TV, sideboard/buffet, deck with seating, full kitchen, half bath and laundry. The third floor offers two full size bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new queen size bed, overstuffed chair, deck with seating and a full master bath with closet and plenty of cabinet space. The second bedroom has new twin beds, closet and dresser space with the second bath just out side in the hallway. Both bedrooms have TVs for the rainy day you might have to stay inside and be entertained.
The Innerarity Point Townhomes is a small gated community surrounded by water. Our condo overlooks the Old River Bay, with lush vegetation and amazing birds, dolphins and stingrays. Just across the parking lot, all guests have full access to a small beach on the Perdido Bay. Wildlife watching is great on both bays. We also have a wonderful pool area and small clubhouse with a stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill to keep you moving.
We are just minutes from all that Perdido Key and the surrounding area has to offer. Visit the National Naval Museum, home of the Blue Angels or spend the day walking the endless white sugar sand beaches at Johnson Beach State Park, Perdido Key State Park or one of the many public access beaches just a few miles away.
If you want to stock the kitchen or just need some basics for your stay, our local grocery & liqueur store, Publix, is at the entrance to Innerarity Point Rd. There is also a Winn Dixie north of the same intersection. If you want to dine out, there are several great restaurants & pubs within 20 min. or less.
