Summary: Wonderful stay! We really enjoyed our time at Sweet Retreat. Owner was extremely friendly and responsive and the chalet had everything we could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated with nice upgraded bathrooms and skylights for natural lighting. Great view from balcony. Kitchen has very nice appliances. I liked that it was high enough up for a beautiful view but not so high up that driving up to it would make your stomach turn. Very private at a dead end road. Quick access to Sugar Mountain and other nearby towns like Banner Elk, Beech Mountain. We hope to be back soon!
