Just a 15 min drive to beautiful Pcola Beach. 2 BR/ 2 BA, artsy kitchen, comfy living room, 6 top contemporary dining table, back porch with sofa, rockers, 4 top outdoor dining. Plus, the best neighbors! You will feel right at home!
2 car driveway, uncovered. This is a great walking neighborhood. Our favorite pizza is just 2 blocks away in the old Sacred Heart Building & East Hill market is 2 blocks on 9th Ave (try the avocado sandwich!)
East Hill is just 8 miles from Pensacola Beach, about a 15 minute drive & even closer to downtown where you can shop, eat, take historical tours, attend a Blue Wahoo's baseball game!
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Quiet, historic, residential neighborhood. Park with playground is 1 block away. Publix is 4 blocks away. Bring your bicycles and ride to the Bayou or even downtown. If you want to get your toes in the sand, Pensacola Beach is just 8 miles away (15+ minute drive and there is a $1 toll bridge).
GETTING AROUND
walk, bike, drive, uber/lyft. Most of the neighborhood has sidewalks. Other than 9th, 12th & 17th Avenues, the streets usually have little traffic.
Comfortable furnishings and colors. This bungalow was built in 1923 and retains much of that charm with modern updates. The back yard is fenced in for your pet. Everyone who stays here comments on how comfortable & relaxing it is. We hope you feel the same.
