Stylish Spacious 1 Private/Bedroom Suite, suited for couples, vacationers, or the business traveler. There is a nearby grocery store, restaurants and more. The bedroom is on the 1st floor of our townhome, which we currently live in. It features a king-size memory foam bed, full size closet, full bathroom with a tub, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, smart TV, (2) bicycles, and private balcony. A community pool/fitness center area.

This private bedroom is the perfect size for 1-2 people and offers a great place to relax between city activities, work travels, or a home away from home for longer stays

We are close to the main points of attractions such as; Walt Disney World (35 miles), Universal Studios (29 miles), Orlando International Airport (26 miles), Amway Center (21 miles), and Orlando Sanford International Airport (12 miles). Also, convenient to SR417, I-4, Downtown Orlando, Airports, and beaches.

The bedroom has a smart tv with access to all the streaming services (with your subscription). High speed Wi-Fi is provided.

The bedroom has its individual lock with a private entry key.

The private bedroom does not include a kitchenette. **Closest laundromat is only 2.8 miles from our property.

There is also a full-size closet with clothing rack/hangers for you to store your things. Ironing board, iron, and a foldable luggage rack.

We have cleaning ladies that come every other week and will also replace the bed sheets and towels.

This is a quiet neighborhood with lots to do walking distance. There is a bike trail just right behind our community. The trail is 23 miles long; this is perfect if you want to venture off and enjoy nature. Or, simply just relax and read a book by the pool.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**Renters/guests must be over the age of 21.
**The bedroom has its individual lock with a private entry key.
**Street Parking is available. One vehicle per guest. Larger vehicles (vehicles pulling trailers or U-Hauls) will need to use the street parking located at the front of the community. RV's are “Not” allowed.
**ONLY guests included on the agreement/reservation are permitted on premises. For any extra person found staying in the space over the 2-person maximum, there will be a charge of $25.
**Absolutely NO smoking in the bedroom. Including marijuana! $250 fine for smoking inside the bedroom. This includes inside the bedroom in front of an open window; we WILL charge you $250 for it, and your review will reflect your disregard for our house rules.
**Check-In is after 3pm. You must be checked out by 11am, unless other arrangements were made. You will be charged $25 per hour (and partial hour) for each hour you stay past check out time.
**No pets of any kind. If an animal is found in the space, there will be a $250 additional cleaning fee.
**Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.
