Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartment itself was cute and had a nice kitchen and bathroom, but unfortunately our stay was quite frustrating due to several issues. Overall, while the apartment had potential and a nice setup, the combination of safety issues, maintenance delays, and lack of basic amenities made it an uncomfortable stay.

Negative: When we arrived, the front door was semi broken as it could easily be nudged open even when locked. We were told maintenance was already scheduled to fix it during our stay, which didn’t make sense given it’s a clear safety issue that should have been fixed before guests checked in. Secondly, the AC didn’t work at all and the apartment was unbearably hot. We reported it multiple times, and someone only came to look at it an hour before checkout which was way too late to make a difference. The key fob to enter the building also didn’t work, meaning every time we parked on level 5 we had to take the elevator down to level 1 and enter three different codes just to get back upstairs. Lastly, the bathroom amenities weren’t properly stocked as the body wash provided was almost empty and ran out on the first day.

Summary: Cute place but safety and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.
